We are seeking a highly skilled Ads Manager with a proven track record in the blockchain industry to lead our advertising efforts across Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, and X. This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact on the growth of our brand and community.

What you’ll be getting up to:

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial Ads Manager who thrives on building impactful campaigns that resonate with blockchain audiences. You will take the lead in crafting and optimizing advertising strategies, using your deep understanding of blockchain culture and language to drive user acquisition and engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, and X to maximize reach and ROI.
• Develop innovative ad strategies tailored to blockchain audiences, leveraging cultural

trends and insights.

• Create compelling ad content that captures attention and inspires action, aligned with

our brand voice.

• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous

improvement.

• Identify and test new advertising opportunities to stay ahead in a dynamic digital

landscape.

• Collaborate with marketing and community teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across channels.
• Monitor and report on key metrics, including conversion rates, engagement, and ROI.
• Stay informed about blockchain and advertising industry trends to drive cutting-edge

campaign strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Ads Manager or in a similar role, with a strong background in

the blockchain industry.

• Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing advertising campaigns that deliver

measurable results.

• Expert knowledge of advertising platforms, particularly Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, and X.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Creative thinker with excellent communication and copywriting skills tailored to

blockchain audiences.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
