Role Summary

As the Asian Marketing Lead, you will drive marketing initiatives targeted at Asian markets,

focusing on brand awareness, community building, and ecosystem growth. You will collaborate with

cross-functional teams (Product, Growth Hack and Community) to create and execute a

comprehensive marketing strategy, aimed at expanding our presence and adoption in Asia.

Key Responsibilities

1.

Marketing Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement an integrated marketing plan to position our Layer2 solution

as a leader in the Asian blockchain landscape.

Coordinate cross-channel marketing activities (online campaigns, PR, social media,

webinars, etc.) tailored for the Asian market.

Community Building & Engagement

Design and execute community-driven initiatives that foster strong relationships with

developers, partners, and users.

Manage community platforms (Telegram, Discord, Twitter, WeChat, etc.) to nurture

user engagement, address queries, and moderate discussions.

Set metrics for community growth and engagement, and continuously refine

strategies based on insights.

Event Management & Hype Creation

Conceptualize and organize impactful events (meetups, hackathons, conferences) to

showcase the project’s vision and technology.

Collaborate with local partners and influential community leaders to drive attendance

and buzz around in-person and virtual events.

Plan and execute product or feature launches with compelling messaging and

strategic marketing campaigns.4.

Partnership & Collaboration

Identify and engage with key ecosystem stakeholders such as exchanges, wallet

providers, infrastructure partners, and influencers in Asia.

Negotiate and secure strategic marketing collaborations that enhance project

visibility and drive user adoption.

Data-Driven Optimization

Monitor campaign performance and community feedback to refine marketing

strategies.

Leverage analytics tools to measure ROI, user engagement, and market penetration,

providing actionable insights to the leadership team.

Key Requirements

Proven Experience: Demonstrable success in marketing for a blockchain chain and/or

ecosystem, with clear examples of campaigns that built meaningful traction.

Community-Building Expertise: Track record of creating and nurturing vibrant communities,

generating hype, and driving consensus within the cryptocurrency space.

Event Management Skills: Experience orchestrating conferences, hackathons, and

community meetups that capture industry attention and foster user adoption.

Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Asian blockchain landscape, including

regional trends, user behaviors, and regulatory considerations.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to craft end-to-end marketing campaigns that align with broader

business goals, from messaging to execution.

Collaboration & Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills; able to work effectively

across global, cross-functional teams and external partners.

Passion for Bitcoin & Layer2 Solutions: In-depth knowledge of Bitcoin, its ecosystem, and

emerging Layer2 scaling technologies.

Language Skills: Proficiency in English and at least one major Asian language (e.g.,

Mandarin, Korean, Japanese) is highly preferred.
