Job Overview:
Park Tutoring is seeking a skilled and creative Web Designer/Developer to join our team. You will play a key role in designing and developing dynamic, user-friendly, and responsive websites to enhance our online presence and showcase our tutoring services. This position is ideal for someone who combines a strong eye for design with technical expertise in web development.

Your role will involve creating functional, visually appealing websites that provide an excellent user experience while aligning with Park Tutoring’s brand identity and goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Website Design and Development: Design and build responsive, visually appealing, and easy-to-navigate websites optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
• UI/UX Optimization: Ensure intuitive and seamless user experiences through effective design strategies and usability testing.
• Brand Alignment: Develop designs and layouts that reflect Park Tutoring’s brand identity and appeal to our target audience.
• Content Integration: Implement and style content, including images, text, and videos, within content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
• Website Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain websites to ensure functionality, security, and responsiveness.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop landing pages, promotional banners, and digital assets to support campaigns.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize website speed, responsiveness, and search engine performance (SEO).
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest web design and development trends, tools, and technologies to keep Park Tutoring’s digital presence innovative.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in web design and development, with a portfolio showcasing previous work on live websites.
• Expertise in web design tools, such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe XD.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for building and maintaining websites.
• Experience with responsive design techniques to ensure websites function seamlessly on desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and the ability to customize templates and plugins.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and website usability standards.
• Familiarity with website performance optimization techniques and SEO best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Web Development, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience with frontend frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, React).
• Knowledge of backend development or familiarity with database integration.
• Understanding of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and improve performance.
