We are seeking an exceptionally skilled Web Designer & Developer who combines a sharp eye for design with robust development expertise. This role involves direct interaction with clients to understand their requirements, provide strategic input, and deliver cutting-edge websites that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Website Development: Build and maintain high-quality, responsive websites using WordPress and other CMS platforms.
• Landing Page Creation: Design and develop high-converting landing pages tailored to client goals and marketing strategies.
• Custom Development: Implement custom features and functionality using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Client Engagement: Communicate with clients to understand their needs, present design concepts, and provide updates on project progress.
• UI/UX Integration: Collaborate with designers to transform wireframes and mockups into visually appealing, functional websites.
• Performance Optimisation: Ensure all websites are optimised for speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure functionality, responsiveness, and compatibility across devices and browsers.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and design teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Skills and Qualifications

• Design Mastery: Exceptional design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing visually striking, user-focused websites and landing pages.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Proven experience as a Web Developer (3+ years preferred).
• Proficiency in WordPress development, including custom themes and plugins.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Familiarity with back-end development (PHP, MySQL).
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.



• Client Communication:
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to present ideas and solutions to clients clearly.
• Experience managing client feedback and translating it into actionable updates.
• Problem-Solving: Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Tools & Platforms: Experience with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Google Analytics. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) is a plus.
