Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites, and a solid understanding of modern web design principles. You will work closely with our development and marketing teams to bring our digital presence to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop visually appealing, user-friendly websites and web pages that align with our brand identity.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, content creators, and marketing specialists, to ensure a cohesive and effective online presence.
• Ensure website designs are responsive, optimized for various devices, and adhere to best practices in web design and usability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.
• Optimize website graphics, including logos, icons, and images, for maximum speed and scalability.
• Maintain and update existing websites, ensuring they remain modern and functional.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as a Web Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative solutions.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
• Excellent visual design skills with a strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.
• Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design techniques.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
• Experience with animation and interactive elements.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 – ₹16,049.24 per month
