Pavago is looking for an experienced and talented Website Developer to deliver custom digital solutions for our client. The ideal candidate will create visually appealing, user-centric websites that align with the client’s business goals. You will be responsible for both designing and developing websites, ensuring they are functional, responsive, and aligned with the client’s vision. 

Responsibilities:

• Technical Implementation: Implement front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for seamless user experiences. Develop and maintain back-end systems using relevant frameworks (Node.js, Python, Ruby, etc.). Manage databases and server-side logic to support application functionality.
• Design and Development: Create visually appealing, responsive websites using Webflow. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs while maintaining strong aesthetics.
• Webflow Experience: Create visually appealing, responsive websites using Webflow. Leverage Webflow’s features to enhance design processes and user experiences. Optimize Webflow projects for performance and scalability.
• Optimization and Maintenance: Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability. Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications as needed.
• Full Stack Development: Collaborate on the integration of front-end and back-end systems to create cohesive applications. Conduct code reviews and contribute to the overall architecture of the applications.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a portfolio showcasing your work, particularly in responsive web design. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or similar platforms is preferred.
• Skills: Strong understanding of graphic design principles, color theory, and typography. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end frameworks (Node.js, Python, Ruby, etc.). Strong understanding of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Webflow.
