Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Web Developer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

• Development & Maintenance: Design, develop, test, and maintain responsive websites and web applications tailored to our B2B audience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and marketing, to implement new features and enhance existing functionalities.
• Full-Stack Integration: Develop and integrate front-end functionality with server-side logic, ensuring seamless interaction between front-end and back-end components.
• Architecture Management: Oversee website architecture to ensure consistency, usability, and adherence to industry best practices.
• Troubleshooting: Identify, debug, and resolve issues to ensure a smooth user experience and optimal site performance.
• Continuous Learning: Stay current with emerging web development trends, tools, and technologies, and recommend improvements as needed.
• Digital Transformation: Contribute to the digital transformation initiatives within the industrial equipment sector by creating innovative web solutions.
• Project Management: Maintain project updates using project management software and deliver tasks within designated timeframes.
• Multi-Tasking: Manage multiple websites and take on new website tasks as required.

Qualifications:

Must-Have:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Web Developer, preferably within B2B industries or the industrial equipment sector.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or Angular.
• CMS Expertise: Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress or Joomla.
• Back-End Knowledge: Familiarity with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, or PHP, and database management systems like MySQL or MongoDB.
• SEO Understanding: Strong understanding of SEO principles and the ability to optimize web design for search engines.
• Version Control: Experience with version control tools, particularly Git.
• API Integration: Familiarity with RESTful services, APIs, and integrating third-party systems.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Communication: Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice-to-Have:

• Industry Experience: Experience working in the industrial equipment sector.
• Project Management Tools: Familiarity with tools such as Asana.
• Additional Skills: Knowledge of additional programming languages or frameworks.
