About the role:

We are looking for a creative and passionate Web & Media Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be a central part of the marketing team, focusing on web design, digital asset creation, and effective team collaboration. Key responsibilities include designing and updating web pages, creating static ad creatives, and crafting visually compelling digital assets. Proficiency in graphic design tools, web design platforms, and effective communication skills are essential. This role contributes directly to enhancing marketing efforts and product development at Holiniq.

This is a Full-Time Remote position.

Responsibilities: 

• Design and update web pages using WordPress Visual Builder and Webflow, with a strong focus on conversion rates and the checkout process.
• Develop web page layouts, sales page wireframes, and quiz wireframes, ensuring strategic and usability standards are met.
• Design e-commerce stores and product pages and contribute to UX/UI design across the customer experience.
• Apply custom codes and use advanced options in design software (nice to have).
• Design static ad creatives that drive results.
• Perform image editing and create new images to support marketing messages and program offers.
• Design infographics that visually display complex topics into easy-to-digest images.
• Design eBooks and other digital learning materials, exploring tools that enhance collaboration and document security.
• Support lesson and presentation design, ensuring materials are visually compelling and support learning outcomes.

• Proven graphic designing experience with a strong portfolio of work.
• Proficiency in visual design and wire-framing tools, including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite and Photoshop.
• Web design skills with experience with WordPress Visual Builder, Webflow, and CMS management.
• Basic understanding of eCommerce design principles.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setting and manage time efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with remote teams.
• High attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visuals.
• Ability to translate data and abstract concepts into easy-to-understand visual representations.
