Key Responsibilities

• Lead web projects from initial discovery and planning through to development and launch.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, effectively managing workloads for optimal efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize project tasks based on scope, requirements, and current workload.
• Implement tools and workflows to boost team productivity, minimize risks, and enhance overall efficiency.
• Forecast and manage necessary resources for successful project execution, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, priorities, and risks.
• Act as the primary liaison for clients, addressing technical requests and concerns with professionalism.
• Monitor project performance, identifying areas for enhancement while maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
• Continuously seek improvements in project management processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with teams to define strategic objectives and assist in planning for upcoming quarters.

Required Skills

• Must be located within a commutable distance to Boca Raton, FL, to accommodate the hybrid work model.
• 4-6 years of experience in web project management or web development in an agency environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Hive).
• Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.
• Proven problem-solving abilities with a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
• Capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced atmosphere while maintaining organizational standards.
• Experience working both independently and collaboratively across diverse teams.
• Strong technical, analytical, and quantitative capabilities to evaluate challenges and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills, adept at fostering alignment among stakeholders and ensuring team accountability.
• Familiarity with UE software, along with general experience in HTML, CSS, PHP, and hosting setups is advantageous.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is also advantageous.
