Key Responsibilities:

• SEO Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO) to improve organic search visibility and rankings.

• Growth Marketing: Execute growth hacking strategies to increase website traffic, user acquisition, and conversion rates, focusing on long-term sustainable growth.

• Content Strategy: Collaborate with content teams to ensure high-quality, SEO-optimized, and engaging content that aligns with growth objectives.

• Analytics & Data-Driven Decisions: Use tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and A/B testing platforms to track KPIs, user behavior, and website performance, making data-driven decisions to improve user experience and increase conversion.

• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Implement strategies to enhance the user journey, optimize landing pages, and increase overall conversion rates.

• Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify and execute potential partnerships and collaborations to drive website growth through external links, guest posts, and affiliate programs.

• SaaS Experience: Apply understanding of the SaaS ecosystem to manage subscription flows, user engagement, and retention strategies, optimizing the website as a key channel for acquisition and engagement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Website Growth Manager, SEO Manager, or Growth Marketer in a SaaS company or relevant digital business.

• Strong expertise in SEO: advanced knowledge of search engine algorithms, tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush), and current best practices.

• Proficiency with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and understanding of user behavior metrics.

• Hands-on experience with CRO and A/B testing.

• Familiarity with SaaS growth strategies, including user acquisition, funnel optimization, and retention strategies.

• Experience managing content strategy and collaborating with content marketing teams.

• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and how they impact website performance and conversion.

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data insights into actionable growth strategies.

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (a plus, but not mandatory).

• Ability to collaborate across departments and lead cross-functional teams.
