As an Email and Chat Support Executive, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service through email and chat channels. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure their satisfaction. This role requires very strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails and chat messages.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a courteous and helpful manner.
- Maintain a friendly and empathetic tone while communicating with customers.
Issue Resolution:
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems, technical issues, or product/service-related queries.
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to provide accurate solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or relevant departments when necessary.
Product Knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products or services to provide accurate information.
- Stay updated on product/service updates, changes, and new features.
- Assist customers in using products or services effectively.
Documentation:
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Generate reports and share insights regarding common customer issues or feedback.
Communication:
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Provide feedback to the team leader or manager on recurring customer issues or improvement opportunities.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of responses and solutions provided to customers.
- Follow quality assurance guidelines and company policies.
Time Management:
- Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service.
- Prioritize tasks to meet response time and resolution targets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
