What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead solution consultants and developers for multiple enterprise-level implementations
• Guide the Kronos team in developing architecture and implementation of Kronos systems for a global client
• Ensure that Kronos system functionality, performance, and reliability meet critical business needs
• Collaborate with management and business teams to establish Workforce Management principles and gather requirements
• Manage complex technology environments requiring multi-product solutions and integration with legacy systems

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 10 years of experience working with the Kronos/UKG Workforce suite of products
• Proven experience leading clients, solution consultants, and developers for multiple enterprise-level implementations
• Expertise in developing architecture and implementation of Kronos systems for large organizations
• Excellent consultative and communication skills for interacting with business users and client management
• Ability to travel to customer locations as needed

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Knowledge of building and/or supporting interfaces using Kronos WIM and/or Dell Boomi for Kronos Dimensions
