About Us: Our client is a leading nationwide lender specializing in providing innovative and flexible lending solutions to real estate investors. Their mission is to empower investors with the capital they need to seize opportunities and maximize their returns. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a dynamic and motivated Wholesale Account Executive to join the team and help drive success in the real estate investment sector.
Position Overview: The Wholesale Account Executive will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with mortgage brokers and other key stakeholders to drive wholesale loan origination. This role requires a strong understanding of the real estate investment market, DSCR programs, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and business development.
*This is a 100% remote role, but needs to be in the contiguous United States*
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Manage Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with mortgage brokers, real estate agents, and other industry professionals to drive loan referrals and increase market share.
- Sales Strategy: Implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly loan origination goals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate investment sector.
- Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues to ensure a smooth and efficient loan process.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape. Use this knowledge to offer valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
- Training and Education: Conduct training sessions and workshops for brokers and partners to enhance their understanding of our lending products and services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including underwriting and operations, to ensure timely and accurate processing of loan applications.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in wholesale lending or non-QM loan origination, with a strong focus on real estate investment.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of real estate investment financing, specifically DSCR programs, underwriting guidelines, and market dynamics.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with loan origination systems, CRM software, and other relevant tools. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
