Are you ready to make a real impact in a company driving innovation in property risk, compliance, and safety? Our parent company is on the hunt for a Systems Administrator to become a cornerstone of our IT operations. You’ll ensure smooth, efficient systems for teams across the business while working on exciting projects like low-code development and Power BI.

Requirements
- 5+ years systems Administration experience – Windows
- Microsoft 365 (Inc SharePoint & Teams)
- Strong communication and problem-solving ability: a proactive, solution-focused approach to diagnosing and resolving technical issues
- Collaboration: ability to work closely with operations, IT, and senior leadership to meet strategic objectives
- Some of: Hubspot, Grammarly, Xero, PowerBI and Greenhouse
Bonus
- Low code development and administration: QuickBase, PowerBI

Responsibilities
- Platform Administration: Manage user accounts, permissions, and settings across a range of cloud-based platforms, ensuring secure and efficient system operation.
- Support & Troubleshooting: Respond to internal stakeholder requests for support, coordinating with external suppliers or resolving issues directly as needed.
- Low Code Development: Using low code development tools in place, you’ll have scope to assist the wider development team
- System Maintenance: Perform regular checks and administrative tasks to ensure the optimal performance of platforms.
- Business-as-Usual Tasks: Handle IT requests, such as setting up new users, managing tickets, and implementing ad-hoc administrative changes across platforms.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including Finance, Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Senior Management, to meet IT needs and support business operations.
- External Supplier Coordination: Liaise with external IT support suppliers for matters related to Microsoft 365, equipment provisioning, and advanced technical support.
- Project Support: Contribute to IT projects, assisting with administration, coordination, and task execution to meet project milestones and deadlines.
