Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and experienced WordPress Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for developing custom WordPress themes and plugins, managing websites, ensuring security and performance optimization, and collaborating with our project managers to deliver quality products. If you’re passionate about creating outstanding websites and have a solid background in WordPress development, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins based on client needs
• Integrate and troubleshoot third-party APIs and services
• Ensure websites are fully responsive, fast, and secure
• Maintain existing WordPress websites, perform updates, and optimize performance
• Collaborate with designers and project managers to translate project requirements into functional websites
• Implement SEO best practices into WordPress site development
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and WordPress updates
• Debug and resolve website and server-related issues
• Optimize website speed and performance using caching techniques and other tools

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional experience in WordPress development
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL
• Experience with custom theme and plugin development
• Solid understanding of WordPress core functions, database structure, and best coding practices
• Familiarity with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, and Gutenberg
• Experience integrating third-party APIs (REST, SOAP)
• Strong understanding of website performance optimization techniques
• Knowledge of website security best practices
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with WooCommerce and eCommerce site development
• Familiarity with SEO principles and Google Analytics integration
• Experience working with Git or other version control systems
• Knowledge of website hosting environments (cPanel, Plesk, etc.)
