Role Description

As a Mid-Level PHP/WordPress Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our WordPress sites and applications. You will also be responsible for working on multiple CRMs, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress themes and plugins.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to create user-friendly and responsive web pages.
• Integrate and manage multiple CRM systems, ensuring data flow and compatibility.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to WordPress and CRM integrations.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices.
• Perform regular updates and security checks on existing WordPress installations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our web solutions.

Skills and Qualifications

Task Related skills and Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in PHP development, with a strong focus on WordPress.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.

Competencies and Soft Skills

• Experience with popular WordPress plugins and themes.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and their integration with web applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and website performance optimization.
• Understanding of front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js) is a plus.
