DC Practice Growth is a growing digital marketing agency and consultancy business, supporting private health practices in advancing their business and marketing. DC Practice Growth’s vision is to serve the world’s chiropractic space in the advancement of their marketing strategies, boost their new patient influx, build towards record numbers and ultimately practice growth.

We are looking for a talented and experienced WordPress Web Developer with a strong background in UX design to join our team. The ideal candidate will not only have excellent technical skills but also a keen eye for user experience and interface design. This role involves designing and developing visually appealing, user-friendly, and high-performing WordPress websites that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Web Development: Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performing websites for our members using various platforms, frameworks, and coding languages.
UX/UI Design: Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and perform usability testing to enhance the user experience.
Customization and Integration: Build custom features and integrate third-party tools or APIs to meet specific project needs.
Performance Optimization: Ensure websites are optimized for speed, SEO, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Regularly update and maintain websites, troubleshoot issues, and implement security measures.
Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and design, to ensure project alignment with business goals.

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience as a web developer with a portfolio showcasing projects that highlight technical expertise and UX design skills.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one backend language (e.g., PHP, Python, Ruby, or Node.js).
Experience with multiple CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and/or frameworks.
Familiarity with UX design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Knowledge of database management and server-side technologies is a plus.
Design Focus: Strong ability to balance aesthetic and functional design with user-focused solutions.
Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to handle complex projects.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
