We Are Looking for a Workday Specialist

We are seeking a talented professional with strong experience in Workday to join our dynamic team. Here are the key qualifications we’re looking for:

1. Experience:

🔹 3-5 years of experience working with Workday.

🔹 BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.

2. Technical Expertise:

🔹 Demonstrable work experience in Workday Platform Development.

🔹 Deep knowledge of the HCM module, integrations, and automations.

🔹 Familiarity with Workday architecture to design solutions and integrations with legacy systems.

🔹 Strong knowledge of Workday best practices, features, and limitations.

🔹 Fluent in Workday configurations and customizations.

3. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:

🔹 Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Workday, applications, systems, and processes.

🔹 Knowledge of data modeling and business flow modeling.

🔹 Capable of troubleshooting existing code and maintaining applications.

🔹 Ability to identify performance bottlenecks and propose solutions.

4. Communication:

🔹 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex methodologies and results to technical teams.

5. Software Development:

🔹 Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from preliminary system analysis to testing and deployment.

🔹 Experience with Agile methodologies.
