Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Workers Comp Claims Adjuster to work for us as our direct, W2 salaried or hourly employee to join our team. You will:

• Litigation management, file documentation and know the laws in Illinois, Missouri and Kansas jurisdictions
• Three-point contacts.
• Investigation and ruling on the claims
• Completion of work objects. Issuing benefits for lost time claims
• Approval of bills
• Participate in weekly team huddles

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proficient in litigation management, file documentation and know the laws in IL, MO and KS jurisdictions
• Ability to analyze and interpret accounting records.
• Proficient in use of spreadsheets to include but not limited to Excel.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively organize, prioritize and complete assigned work.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to actively listen to internal and external customer requests and concerns and develop appropriate solutions.
• Ability to identify customer needs and take appropriate action to meet those needs.
