About the role
Driven to play a role in enabling a workforce of champions, the Workforce Planning Project Lead will help facilitate an enterprise project to help empower Lifeblood leaders to plan, prepare for, and activate changes to support workforce requirements now and into the future.
You will collaborate with senior leaders and key business stakeholders to clarify the underlying workforce challenges and support the co-design of workforce planning tools and processes to be owned and led by the business.
Supporting the creation, maintenance, and governance of the organisation-wide Strategic Workplace Planning framework the project aims to deliver optimised resource allocation and enhanced operational efficiency, aligned with organisational objectives and strategy.

Experience leading a workforce planning project across geographically dispersed stakeholder groups, managing timelines and delivering successful outcomes through cross-functional teams
Exceptional stakeholder management skills gained particularly through the consultation process to identify key skill and resource gaps to inform workforce planning, workforce management and workforce utilisation
Track record in applying workforce analytics methodologies to solve business challenges and drive operational improvements
Understanding of industry trends and best practices related to workforce planning
Qualifications in a relatable field – HR, Project Management, Workforce Planning or Design, Human Centred Design, Analytics
This role can be made available on a full time or part time arrangement and location is fully flexible with remote work from home and/or hybrid working.
