They are now rapidly expanding their tech/development function and looking for the most talented Software Engineers to join them. As a Software Engineer, you’ll be working hands-on within an Agile environment to refine, plan and deliver features and epics. You’ll be working with a monolith that’s starting the transition to a service-oriented architecture as my client scales its customer base over the next couple of years, and scale our engineering squads to deliver more great features faster. You’re happy to get stuck in across the Tech stack, but will likely specialise in one or two areas. You’ll need to dive deep into the Tech platform and business. A natural curiosity to really understand how things work and why they do what they do, along with a real eye for detail, is essential.
