Salary range up to $95,000/year
Full-time remote position with some travel required for in-person training in California

What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Provide oversight and maintenance of Yardi products (Voyager, Rent Café, Aspire)
Troubleshoot Yardi application issues and coordinate system corrections with Yardi support
Mentor, train, and support team members on Yardi system usage
Assist with the setup of new properties in Yardi and lead product rollouts under the direction of the Yardi Systems Manager
Host training sessions and provide recommendations for property and accounting staff training

What Is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of four years of experience with Yardi systems, preferably in system support and training
Strong analytical, time management, and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
Knowledge of accounting principles and affordable housing property management policies
Ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical users
