The Life Cycle segment takes care of energy assets in a Life Cycle perspective. From the start to end of production, Life Cycle ensure safe operations. Our objective is to be a leading supplier of low carbon solutions and electrification projects. We focus on optimizing field life solutions, driven by decarbonization and environmentally sound offerings.

If you are a graduate 2025, you will be a part of Aker Solutions graduate program 2025. This will give you the opportunity to build a professional network, meet fellow graduates from various locations, and visit our headquarters as well as one of our yards.

• You will be involved in a wide variety of projects ranging from smaller Front End Studies to Major Modification Projects and minor modifications.
• Participate in offshore and/or onshore electrification, modification and maintenance projects.
• Learn how to work with engineering design standards.
• Understand how multidiscipline team works in complex projects.
• Be exposed for various project phases.
• Understand why our people and their knowledge is our most important asset.

• You will be part of a structured development program in the process discipline.
• In addition, for those graduating in 2025, you will also be a part of a graduate program. This includes professional network, meet other graduates across locations and visit to our headquarter and one of our yards.
• You will participate in project teams that proudly deliver world class projects. You will work together with some of our most experienced and knowledgeable engineers and gain valuable experience.
• You will be joining a dedicated team of engineers and learn the methods as you go.
• You will be involved in a wide variety of projects ranging from smaller Front End Studies to Major Modification Projects and various Specialist Services.
• Training will be given and you will receive a mentor to guide you while developing your skills.
