Role Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic Territory Sales Manager to support our growth in the Upper Midwest region, covering Chicago, WI, MN, IL, IN, and IA. This role involves building and maintaining business relationships across the luxury kitchen appliance and plumbing industry through partnerships with retailers, designers, builders, and key influencers. You’ll manage sales pipelines, strategize with partners, and drive demand for our product range by conducting training sessions, hosting events, and fostering relationships. This position is ideal for a success-driven individual who enjoys working with people and has a passion for luxury appliances.

Key Responsibilities

Account Development:

Lead trade trainings and lunch-and-learns for new and existing trade partners.

Ensure partner locations maintain quality displays and product merchandising.

Forecast and strategize growth opportunities with partners.

Host live events centered around product launches to engage and drive sales.

Collaborate with partners to ensure our brand is displayed consistently on their websites.

Conduct regular visits to dealers, designers, and influencers to strengthen relationships and identify market opportunities.

Build and manage sales pipelines, conducting periodic business reviews to support growth.

Relationship Management

Develop productive relationships with trade partners, including management, sales teams, designers, and influencers.

Identify new partners or dealers to establish business relationships and showroom displays.

Implement a structured contact strategy with regular training and events for dealers.

Strengthen advocacy for our brand by installing products at influential locations.

Report market trends, competitive products, and any significant industry insights to the management team.

Product & Market Expertise

Meet and exceed sales and margin targets in your assigned region.

Stay informed on industry trends, products, and tools through ongoing training and trade publications.

Represent our brand at trade shows and presentations.

Conduct presentations and assist customers in selecting the right product, ensuring accurate specifications.

Administration & Reporting

Use Salesforce CRM to manage customer interactions, maintain an accurate activity register, and report on sales pipeline progress.

Collaborate with the General Sales Manager to strategize and execute plans, contributing updates on challenges, successes, and opportunities in team meetings.

Qualifications & Requirements

3-5 years of experience in outside/B2B sales or account management, ideally in the luxury appliance or plumbing industry.

A background in Sales, Marketing, Business, Interior Design, or related fields is preferred.

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Effective time management and proven success in a results-driven role.

Confidence in conducting formal presentations to diverse stakeholders.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Willingness to travel regularly within the Upper Midwest region.
