Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Zoho Developer with advanced software and web

development skills to support our U.S.-based clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives

in a remote setting, demonstrates initiative in solving complex challenges, and has a strong

Essential Functions

 Produce high-quality software programs and web applications.

 Analyze and maintain current software systems to ensure functionality and

performance.

 Create scalable and testable code that aligns with best practices.

 Debug and correct errors in software programs.

 Develop and implement effective testing and validation techniques for software

systems.

 Maintain comprehensive documentation of software processes and updates.

 Coordinate the installation and modification of systems, optimizing through data

analysis.

 Oversee and manage the software development lifecycle (SDLC) from inception to

completion.

 Test and evaluate new software to ensure quality and functionality.

 Apply creative problem-solving skills to innovate and enhance software development

projects.

Physical Demands

for extended periods and switch between multiple projects as needed is essential.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a remote full-time, salaried position with flexible hours, though availability may

occasionally be required for urgent project needs or client communication outside standard

hours.

No travel is required for this remote position.

Required Education and Experience

 Proven experience in a software or web development role.

 Comfortable using communication platforms such as Skype, Zoom, and Google Meet.

 Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and adjust schedules as

necessary.

 Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.

 Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

 Results-oriented mindset with excellent multitasking abilities.

 Proficient in programming and software development.

 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

 Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new industry developments.

 Excellent attention to detail.

 Exceptional problem-solving capabilities.

 Minimum of 2 years in a software development or programming role.

 In-house software development experience preferred.

 Extensive experience in languages such as Java, C++, and Python.

 Familiarity with scripting languages including JavaScript, HTML, XML, and CSS.

 Proficient in SQL databases or relational databases.

 Strong understanding of Excel, Access, and Word fundamentals.

 Proficient knowledge of Zoho products, including Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, Zoho Desk,

and Zoho Analytics.

 Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Macros, Pivot Tables,

and VBA.

 Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.

Preferred Education and Experience

 Zoho certification preferred.

 Additional certifications in HTML, XML, or other programming languages are an

advantage.
