Zoho Developer (Remote)

Job Summary

We are seeking a self-starter and problem-solver with strong technical skills to join our team as a Zoho Developer/Product Manager. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Agency Owner, handling client calls, creating solutions based on client needs, and coding within the Zoho ecosystem. This role requires someone who can think critically, follow through on tasks, and help with the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The Zoho Developer / Product Manager will be responsible for client engagement, coding, architecture planning, and process automation.

Key Responsibilitie

• sParticipate in client meetings and assist with onboarding, understanding client needs, and creating actionable plans
• .Develop solutions within Zoho’s suite of applications (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, etc.)
• .Research APIs and tools required to integrate Zoho with client systems
• .Translate client requirements into technical specifications and code custom automation and workflows using Zoho Deluge (similar to JavaScript/Python)
• .Collaborate with the CEO in coding sessions to understand and improve business processes
• .Create flowcharts and architectural plans for client feedback and solution implementation
• .Prepare and deliver client feedback or solution updates through emails, Loom videos, and presentations
• .Document business processes and build SOPs to ensure scalability and knowledge transfer
• .Ensure timely follow-up and deliverables to clients, constantly improving processes based on feedback

Qualificatio

• nsStrong foundation in web development or software engineering (2-3 years of experience preferred
• ).Experience with Zoho or willingness to learn Zoho’s Deluge language (JavaScript/Python knowledge is highly beneficial
• ).Excellent communication skills with a neutral accent, able to engage with clients directly through calls, emails, and Zoom meeting
• s.Ability to code with precision and build solutions tailored to unique client need
• s.Ability to architect solutions based on client requirements and present detailed plan
• s.Must be a self-starter who can work independently, taking the initiative to move tasks forward without waiting for detailed instruction

• d.Capable of identifying potential challenges and resolving them through independent research and creative thinking, ensuring timely delivery of solution
• s.Demonstrates the ability to manage client projects with minimal supervision, anticipating next steps and proactively seeking out resources or clarification when neede
