On the front lines at one of the busiest retail stores in North America, I acquired a broad collection of skills, including: software and hardware troubleshooting and repair, training users in basic and pro apps, and assembling tech profiles for high-level business clients.
Community manager, Mijlo; Toronto — 2014-2015
This small startup required my skills and problem-solving at the ground level in several areas. I managed PR and the online community. I developed web content and did extensive copywriting. I also wrote and developed a Kickstarter campaign that earned over $75,000.
Ghost Writer, E-writer solutions; ongoing (occasional)
I have written dozens of ebooks on all manner of different topics, ranging from lifestyle, to health and wellness, to sports and leisure and much more. Books for this client range from around 10k to upwards of 50k words, with turnaround times of two weeks maximum.
Esports journalist, meta betting; ongoing
For this project, I write up-to-the-minute news and updates from across the world of esports. To keep up in this lighting-fast and ever-growing field, I’m required to maintain current and accurate knowledge of several esports leagues and titles. My main area of expertise is Overwatch, although I’ve demonstrated an ability to write competently about dozens of esports.
