After graduating in Law I’ve successfully marketed real estate projects and joined Italy’s national association of realtors, where I became regional head of marketing and communications.
A 15+ years experience in sales, customer service and communications is the fundamental upon which I’m willing to move my career further by evaluating remote-work opportunities or abroad.
I’m creative and sociable, and I’ve always considered “learning by doing” as one of my main goals in life: this is why I’ve always been looking for new jobs, places and experiences while studying and obtaining my education results.
I’m passionate about team building and collaboration at all levels, along with taking full responsabilities and helping others to succeed: I won a european copywriting contest held by Lexus Europe in 2010, I’ve published more than 100 album reviews for Italy’s music website metallized.it and I’ve been recently offered the opportunity to teach italian on preply.com Volunteering is an important part of my extra-work activities: I’ve been a voluntary rescuer for Croce Giallo Blu Cervia since 2009 and I’ve been offered relevant voluntary positions at international events such as Uefa Euro 2019 U21 championships and Ironman Italy.
I appreciate frugality, I can adapt and I love low-cost travelling: some of the cities I’ve got the opportunity to visit are Bratislava, Brno, Bucharest, Copenhagen, Częstochowa, Dublin, London, Ljubljana, Malmö, New York, Warsav, Vienna and Vilnius.
I’m very proud of my professional experiences so far, since each of them taught me different things, from how large companies structure themselves by creating standards and preventing waste to how no-profit organizations work, from how to deal with high-profile customers in a luxury real-estate and fine-wine environment to how to improve my public speaking and presentation skills.

Registration Assistants help the Athlete Services Team to register the athletes: they must be able to work multiple shifts across multiple days in registration, to improve efficiency and to minimise the need for briefing. This is a customer-facing role and so requires volunteers who are friendly, approachable and comfortable speaking face-to-face english with athletes of different nationalities.
