I love to improve things. It is what I do. Besides that, I am a creator, as it is something real and gives a high level of satisfaction to me. My life long I used to work in IT, however, I did not just do the same lame job day in, day out. No! I am trying to make a difference. To do so I need experience in a wide field and this is what excited me - being knowledgeable and share that knowledge to help others.

Recently, I focused a lot on the following topics

improve the support workflow, apply the right tools, automize where possible and useful, keep the customer happy and transfer prospective customers to actual customers

create your personal social collaboration platform for your team or organization to increase your team performance

develop your personal, product, service website and relevant additional channels

>
set up your personal community forum, e.g., for all your customers or partners and run customer support via the forum to reduce the load on your support agents

Besides, I recently worked on: photo shootings and stock photography, videography, logo creation, YouTube channel, digital marketing strategies, and personal branding.

My goal is to experience more and take control of my life. I like the saying that I am the CEO of my life. There are amazing companies and 9to5 jobs out there, but I believe one should always discover and try out new things. Currently, this means for me getting things done in a remote job in a fully distributed company or work as an individual contractor. I will bring a lot of experience into these companies/ jobs, and take out even more. Change and challenge mean learning. I believe in remote work and want to make people aware of it in my home country Austria as well. It is the future in many branches and I am part of it.
