I am currently the Operations Manager at Co.World, an upscale shared workspace in the heart of Winter Park, Florida. I have a passion for the entrepreneurial community and possess a strong understanding of business to be able to contribute to the organizational strategic planning process. One of my biggest accomplishments includes, increasing the revenue at our coworking space from 10k to 30k a month and added 40 + new members within 6 months. I also on my free time run a Christmas fundraiser where we have helped over 200 children in need for Christmas. I have glowing recommendations you can view on my Linked profile.

As the Community & Operations Manager at Co.World Winter Park, I am responsible for supporting the members and for the improvement of organizational efficiency, specifically in administrative, programmatic and financial operations to accelerator development and long-term success. I combined analytical skills with creativity to lead the organization towards achieving greater operational efficiency and growth. I have a passion for the entrepreneurial community and possess a strong understanding of business to be able to contribute to the organizational strategic planning process. As the Community & Operations Manager I focus on the logistics of running a business while working in an innovative environment with regular interactions with local entrepreneurs, local corporate employees, and other professionals.

As an entrepreneur myself, I have participated in many organizations to grow my leadership skills including, ToastMasters, StarterStudio, Rollins Venture Plan Competition, weVenture (women's entrepreneur course), as well as pitching my own startup idea at 1 Million Cups. With those skills I have created and organized over 50 events including lunch & learns, Young Entrepreneur Social, StarterStudio's Pitch Night & Founder's Talks, Rollins Think Tank and various other entrepreneurial events.

In my free time I run a fundraiser The First Noel, a toy drive I co-founded in 2017. We have helped over 200 kids in need for Christmas while raising over 400 toys. I also enjoy volunteering with Caring Canines, where we visit the nursing homes and hospitals with my Therapy Dog, Reese.
