I currently work for TechTronic Industries (TTi) as a sales rep. I balance a territory in Southern Houston worth over $6 million of sales year-to-date. I use marketing initiatives and promotional strategies to boost sales and I help customers find the solution they need. Before working for TTi, I was an Account Contact Associate at Farm Bureau Financial Services in Las Cruces, New Mexico. There I was responsible for contacting clients in several states to make sure they were up-to-date on policies and scheduled appointments for their agents. I conducted cold-calling and dealt with confidential information. I was also an intern for both Woods Insurance Service and Monarch Marketing in Farmington, New Mexico. At Woods Insurance I was in charge of creating and running social media platforms and also aided in secretarial duties as needed. At Monarch Marketing I wrote articles for the children's newspaper and helped coordinate small events around the community. Through all of these jobs I've had the ability to work with many different people, and I've learned that I'm great at dealing with tough situations. My sales experience has pushed me out of my comfort zone and I'd love to continue to work in marketing/sales positions!
