Born in Leicester, circa 1984 into a family of characters, it took me 21 years to leave the city for more than a few weeks. It then took me another 11 years to leave the city for another place of residence, which was Stroud in Gloucestershire. Two years later I was living in Bristol and a year after that I decided to move to South East Asia. This was brought about by self-imposed suffering and the resulting necessity to free myself from my own mind. Influenced by Michael Alan Singer, Alan Watts, Eckhart Tolle, Bentinho Massaro, Sadghguru and, most recently, Hemma Haridin, I remain determined to be happy and share happiness with others. Now is all there is and love is the only thing that is real. Fear is an illusion. Everything is one. Nous somme vous. We just are. I write. I rap. I teach. I learn. I am.
