   Job Description:

   This Business Analyst must be a Sr-level BA. They will be expected to take the EPICS (100 pts) and break them down into “consumable” requirements. This is a backend heavy, business logic type applications around investment, trades, etc.

   Role on the Team:

   This role is key to the success of the team. This BA must be able to take the lead on creating User Stories. They must be able to schedule meetings with all key stakeholders, come to the meeting prepared with what needs to be covered, lead the meetings, take motes in real time, and then create the User Stories for final review. They will then also run the Grooming Session with the developers to get their questions, find answers/clarifications, and present fully consumable User Stories. The developers would then come back to the BA is they have further questions that need to be answered, and this person would quickly find those answers.
