Drives Oracle Cloud customer consumption byaccelerating the adoption of Oracle cloud services including discovery,design and deployment.Career Level – IC4ResponsibilitiesEngages with strategic customers, builds leadershiprelationships at multiple levels within organizations in order to designand implement solutions. Works directly with customers to gatherrequirements, develop architectures and translates business needs intosolutions. May implement solutions and ensure successful deploymentsthrough code development and scripting. Displays product/applicationunderstanding through highly customized presentation demonstrations tocustomers, and at conferences, and events. Supports customer from Proof ofConcept (POC) through production deployment of services via resourceconfiguration, planning, and customer education/training. Creates anddistributes technical assets (white papers, solution code, blog posts, andvideo demonstrations). Serves as a leading contributor for customers andsales on technical cloud solutions and customer success. Identifies gapsand enhancements to influence engineering roadmaps for customer drivenfeatures. Leading contributor, may provide direction and mentoring toothers. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application ofadvanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. May interactwith C level.
