- Lead, guide and mentor our Sales organization while partnering with other departments aligning to company-wide mission and objectives.
- Partner with the CEO to design and implement business strategies that drive company growth, being accountable for overall customer growth, sales and revenue metrics.
- Set sales forecast, ensuring achievement of revenue goals, sales budget, leads and quotas.
- Identify areas for overall process improvement and efficiency gains, implementing best practices and streamlined operations of the Sales organization.
- Determine the best sales team structure, goals, incentives, and headcount plan to deliver on business objectives and revenue goals.
- Develop and measure key performance indicators aligned with business objectives by leveraging data analytics and market indicators.
- Foster a collaborative and performance-driven work environment. Overall booking responsibilities for the sales organization.
- Recruit, develop, structure, and lead a field and inside sales team and establish an organizational framework to accomplish established strategic, operating, and financial objectives within respective business segments.
- Manage and support key operational functions including budget planning, expense management, forecasting accuracy, customer relationship and pipeline management, effective regional marketing programs and development, sales operations.
- Manage, lead, and evolve world-class sales and sales engineering technical capabilities to sell products, technologies, and services through optimized channels of distribution.
- Bachelor’s degree 15+ years demonstrated success in sales roles 7+ years experience leading a growing sales organization.
- Demonstrated a history of developing or refining operational sales excellence to create a predictable revenue engine
- Experience in managing and motivating a diverse sales team, including hiring, training, setting goals, performance evaluation, and career development
- Proficiency in sales forecasting, data analysis, and generating reports that provide insights into sales performance and areas for improvement.
- Velocity sales orientation with high transaction volume and a low ASP.
- A focus on results and a strong sense of accountability for achieving revenue targets and KPIs.
- Experience partnering closely with cross-functional leaders to drive business goals.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with marketing and product management to develop pricing, programs and product strategies that optimize competitive advantage, market share and margin.
- Experience in Private Equity-backed, SaaS company Experience in Healthcare industry preferred
