What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Partner with business teams to understand customer needs, manage the product roadmap, and prioritize development efforts
• Analyze customer feedback, industry trends, and competition to inform product strategies
• Lead research and gather stakeholder feedback to understand client needs and improve engagement and retention
• Collaborate with design teams to create user experiences, prototypes, and customer journeys
• Manage the backlog of product features to ensure Agile teams deliver prioritized business value

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
• 8 or more years of Product Management experience with progressive responsibilities
• 5 or more years of experience utilizing design thinking
• 5 or more years of experience in Agile methodologies and product management
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Master’s degree or MBA
• Experience in Scaled Agile (SAFe) Product Management
• Background in the healthcare technology industry
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma
• Certification as a SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (SAFe POPM)
