About the role

Aquila Super is seeking a highly organised and client-focused Senior Administrator / Client Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team in Canberra, ACT. This full-time role will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative and client relationship support to our growing business.

What you’ll be doing

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with our clients by understanding their needs and challenges. 
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure client requirements are met. 
  • Assist with planning workloads, monitoring daily workflows and provide support to the team to meet deadlines and client expectations 
  • Managing shared admin inbox, delegating tasks to the admin team and responding to client requests. 
  • Map and track job progress from beginning to end, ensuring high quality control of the final documents provided to the clients. 
  • Address and resolve client issues in a timely and effective manner.

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar senior administrative or client-facing role
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build positive relationships with clients
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
  • Experience working in the financial services industry is highly desirable
