What you’ll be doing:

Are you a dynamic marketing professional with a passion for creating impactful, culturally relevant campaigns? Avon is looking for a Global Integrated Activation Lead to orchestrate and coordinate our marketing and activation strategies across the globe. This is your opportunity to make a difference and lead campaigns that resonate with audiences while driving business results.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead Agency Partnerships: Collaborate with external agencies and work closely with procurement to deliver disruptive brand and product campaigns, ensuring they are locally relevant and on budget.
  • Drive Consumer-Centric Strategies: Integrate a deep understanding of our target consumers across all functions of the business, filling knowledge gaps through collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Manage the Integrated Activation Calendar: Align and coordinate activation calendars with key stakeholders to prioritize marketing efforts, removing silos, and optimizing planning processes.
  • Ensure Internal Integration & Collaboration: Implement efficient processes that provide visibility into channel strategies, allowing for cohesive and effective activation plans across media, social, PR, e-commerce, CRM, and more.
  • Deliver High-Quality Integrated Briefs: Develop comprehensive activation briefs for major product launches that align with brand, category, and channel objectives, while collaborating with local markets.
  • Facilitate Central & Local Market Collaboration: Work with agencies and local markets to co-create 360-degree campaigns that are culturally relevant and impactful, ensuring the execution aligns with both global and local strategies.
  • Develop Toolkits & Content: Ensure that toolkits are world-class and leveraged effectively across markets, leading deployment and feedback processes to maximize activation impact.
  • Champion Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and technologies, offering insights to enhance our activation strategies continually.
  • Support Testing & Validation: Collaborate on testing and validation processes for assets, ensuring the highest quality across digital, TV, and social assets for effective local and global campaigns.
  • Implement Robust Reporting & Insights: Establish regular reporting on KPIs and campaign success metrics, streamlining processes to reduce manual work and provide actionable insights.
  • What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in marketing activation, campaign management, and agency leadership.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally with global teams and agencies.
  • A strategic mindset with a passion for consumer-centric and culturally relevant marketing.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills to manage multiple stakeholders and initiatives simultaneously.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
