Writing has always been my passion. When I was fairly young, I had written my first story, titled "Reading Stories" that I had entered into the Scholastic Writer's Conference and won first place and been writing ever since.

Besides writing I enjoy reading, from classics to fantasy novels. My favorite novel is War and Peace by Leo Tolstoy. My favorite fantasy novel... well, that is a difficult to answer, for the list of favorites is a long one, including Steven Erikson's Gardens of the Moon, Elizabeth Haydon's Rhapsody, to Brandon Sanderson's Mistborn and Glen Cook's The Black Company.

Aside from reading I also enjoy taking walks on the beach, sewing, drawing, and graphic designing.

I have two adorable cats: Niun, a friendly, vocal orange tabby, and Aly, who is a little timid but is trained in harness and can do a variety of tricks.

I keep telling my fiance we are going to Deutschland/Germany someday.
