After all, we consider our team members our family, and wewant you to feel comfortable and welcomed.This position is 100% remote.We consider every individual who joins our team a critical part ofdefining who we are — which is why we are looking for an experiencedprofessional with a strong understanding of B2B marketing, demand, andclient success to lead our Agency Team.You will be working with our sales and marketing teams to secure, build,and manage agency-client relationships that are of strategic importance toINFUSE. You will travel domestically to meet with clients and prospectiveclients to build long-lasting relationships. Ultimately, you will connectINFUSE with our prospects and clients.How you will make a difference:You will work with marketing, advertising, and media agenciesto develop productive relationships, identify sales and clientopportunities, craft demand and media solutions based on agency need andopportunity, and expand business based on delivering value andperformance;You will gain command of our GTM message, leverage data in ourplatforms, and identify opportunities to help clients understand and growtheir business;You will conduct well-informed and consultative meetings with all levelsof decision-makers, from media planners to account teams and seniorleaders, including presenting at events and conferences as needed;You will help us build an Agency Team of exceptional talent anddedication to our clients and partners.We are committed to being great, and we are looking for someonewho:Comes from a demand generation background, having planned andexecuted a variety of B2B demand marketing and media campaigns, includingstrong experience with ABM, omnichannel programs;Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspireteam members, are essential for success in this role.Is both creative and analytical, making decisions and building solutionswith a data- driven approach;“Been there, done that” helping companies tell their storyin creative ways;Isn’t afraid to take risks, has a “can-do” attitudeand track record of delivering exceptional work again and again;Is spunky, dynamic, with impeccable attention to detail;Previous public speaking experience a plus;Can work in a fast-paced environment where feedback is valued;Can and wants to travel to see clients in person and build long-lastingrelationships.
