Position: AVP/ Senior Business Development Manager || TechnologyServices Experience: 5-10 yearsLow Code Selling Experience: 3+ YearsLocation: LuxembourgMust Haves: Experience in selling IT Services – ApplicationDevelopment and Maintenance, Business Intelligence, Business Processautomation, Web 3 and Blockchain, Software Product Engineering, Cloud Infraand Security, AIThe RoleYou will be responsible for generating new business through individualprospecting, sales leads.You will prepare and present a go-to-market and setup quarterly targetsto be accomplished during the year.Devise and execute organic growth strategy, spotting opportunities,targeting net new customer acquisitions and key customer retentions.Develop channel partnerships on key flagship opportunities and ensurethe bookings plan are met annually.Role RequirementsYou’ll have very strong Sales experience, having worked on verylarge, very complex deals covering a variety of solutions and clientrequirements.Prepare estimations and proposals for customers. Liaising andnegotiating with prospective clients to close business opportunities.Provide direction and specialist knowledge in applying thetechnology/application to client’s business.Responsible for closing business and getting orders to gain month onmonth progress.Seek RFI/ RFP opportunities for Salesforce contracts and work with theteam to prepare and submit the bids.Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing andinterpreting their requirements.Handshake with product implementation team to provide understanding oncustomer requirements to assist a smooth implementation.You’ll have previous experience of owning and delivering torevenue targets, including the targeting of net new customersacquisitions.Strong leadership skills, including the ability to bring togetherdifferent parts of the business and different stakeholder to supportrevenue aims.Successful track record of sales, selling application development andmaintenance, technology service offerings to clients.Understanding of multiple verticals and industry trendsExperience building relationships, networking and influencing CXOs andsenior business decision-makersQualifications:5+ years of consultative sales experienceBachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.Master’s degree a plus.Documented experience architecting and closing large, consultative,complex solution sales deals for midsize to large corporations.
