Utilizing ouraward-winning proprietary software, we can offer complete and customizablecommunications solutions to meet the demands of businesses of everysize.The Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for developing andexecuting channel strategy and programs for Sangoma’s portfolio ofManaged Cloud Communications offerings across all available channels inNorth America. Typical Sangoma channels include telecom solutionsdistributors, cloud agents, hardware distributors, and resellers. TheChannel Marketing Manager will be an individual contributor and report tothe VP of Global Marketing at Sangoma. The best candidate will be locatedin the east.You will develop channel-specific marketing strategies, plan marketingcampaigns, and manage marketing communications to these channels. Thisincludes developing and executing partner recruitment/ enablement/retentionprograms, promotional programs to specific channels, and the Sangomapartner relationship management (PRM) portal care. You will also partnerwith sales to ensure the channel marketing strategies and plans align withsales goals. This job also entails developing future channel strategies toalign with Sangoma’s growth goals.The ideal candidate for this role is comfortable with a fast-pacedenvironment, wearing different hats, and putting customers and partnersfirst. He’s a collaborator and relationship-builder who cancomfortably drive initiatives forward.Your RoleDesign and build channel partner programs from scratch withtelecom solutions distributors, cloud agents, hardware distributors, andresellers in North America.Gather and leverage insights from the PartnerAdvisory Council to improve partner programs.Develop and execute strategicmarketing campaigns to build market awareness and drive demand in ourchosen channels.You will execute campaigns that involve online andin-person events, pay-per-click advertising, social media, email,newsletters, website content, landing pages, SEO strategy, and otherinnovative ideas while working collaboratively with other marketers andsales members.Generate new partner leads and support partner recruitment,development, and retention.
