What You Will Be Doing
- Use GenerativeAI to create automated sales forecasts, focusing on optimizing resource allocation and identifying key growth opportunities.
- Develop and maintain streamlined channel partner strategy plans using GenerativeAI, focusing on achieving consistent sales targets and enhancing partner performance.
- Support channel partners in strategic sales opportunities by using GenerativeAI to tailor sales approaches and improve engagement strategies, aiming to maximize conversions on critical deals.

- Directly selling to end-user customers
- Prioritizing the quantity of interactions over the quality of your engagements with partners
- Worrying about unpredictable earnings and relentless travel demands
Channel Sales Manager Key Responsibilities
- Increased revenue through new business generated by leveraging Generative AI to optimize the effectiveness of the network of distributors, resellers, and MSPs
Basic Requirements
- Professional experience leveraging LLMs, such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude, to automate manual tasks and boost your company’s productivity
- 2+ years of indirect channel sales experience in the software industry (direct sales experience does not count)

Working with Crossover
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
