Their analysis of this data informs their design decisions andleads to the development of new layouts, content, modules, andfunctionality, often coupled with A/B testing to ensure peakperformance.You will be working closely with senior planners, account managers, anddigital marketing specialists across the company and serve as an integralpart of the service organization and the company’s overall growth.Success at Forthea comes from someone who is naturally energetic,entrepreneurial, effective, humble, and who simply hates to lose.Core Job Responsibilities—Conduct user behavior research to determine website optimizationopportunitiesBrainstorm solutions for proposed website UX updatesCreate and present monthly analysis reports regarding relevantconversion metrics, user behavior trends, and optimization recommendationsDesign, implement, monitor, and report on A/B testsMonitor project and A/B test results, analyze key metrics, and reporton performanceWork closely with clients and internal SEO and Paid Media teams toalign with client goalsWork closely with the Web Design/Development team to design andimplement website optimizationsRequired Qualifications—2-4 years of experience optimizing website UXProficiency using Google Analytics to research data trends,specifically related to GA goals/conversionsDemonstrated proficiency in research, analysis, creative thinking, andproblem solvingExperience working in different CMSs, such as WordPress, MODX, Drupal,and MagentoHigh attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solvingskillsGood writing and verbal communication skills (including presentationskills)Strong analytic skills and ability to relate results to client businessobjectivesProficient at managing projects and able to multi-task, organize,prioritize, and structure workloadAbility to learn new concepts and techniques quicklyGreat if you have: Experience with Google Optimize and HotjarExperience with CRMs such as SalesForce, Zoho, and HubspotProficiency creating website and UX/UI design mockupsWebsite development experience using the HTML/CSS, JavaScript/jQuery,PHP, SQL stack Show more Show lessTagged as: remote, remote job, virtual, Virtual Job,virtual position, Work at Home, work from home
