Remote-First Environment
Since March 2020, our team members have been working remotely, enjoying a better work-life balance with more time for family and personal wellness. Our “remote-first” policy means you won’t need to come into the office regularly, though we encourage in-person collaboration when possible to foster teamwork and engagement.
Position Overview
We’re looking for a seasoned Sales/Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Sales and GTM strategy, particularly with small businesses. You’ll develop strategies, create propensity models, manage vendor partnerships, enhance customer experience, and understand upselling and post-purchase sales.
You’ll excel at seeing the big picture while diving into the details to build a comprehensive sales/GTN strategy. This role requires a proven track record in using analytical approaches to drive sustainable growth and extensive experience collaborating with tech, product, marketing, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate and maintain critical relationships with existing and prospective partners.
Develop and execute revenue-driving programs and initiatives.
Ensure effective and timely communication both internally and externally.
Maintain and present pipeline dashboards to Executive Leadership, showcasing program and investment effectiveness.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including tech, product, marketing, operations, and customer success.
Create strategies to engage with customers 30-60-90 days after initial formation to upsell products and services.
What We’re Looking For
At least 10 years of experience in Sales/GTM strategy, with a leadership role focusing on implementing sales strategies and driving results through third-party vendors.
A proven track record of success in Sales/GTM and sales leadership in a tech-forward industry.
Strong knowledge and experience in building customer relationships based on trust and long-term value.
Expertise in analytics and working with propensity models to curate customer segments.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
A high tolerance for ambiguity with the ability to focus and execute in a changing environment.
Executive presence to lead, manage, and influence effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Compensation And Benefits
The salary range for this remote position is $172,100 – $223,150, depending on factors such as geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, and business needs. In addition, the compensation package may include an annual bonus, incentive bonus, and/or restricted stock units.
