About the role:As the first hire, you will become a foundational pillar to all of thecompany’s technology and play a critical role in shaping the futureof the company. You will work closely with the founders and will be fullyempowered to design and build core components of the software product, fromconception to deployment. Additionally, you will provide technical supportin early customer deployments and will play a crucial role in building outand leading a world-class engineering function over the months and yearsahead.Key responsibilities:Developing core technology: You will drive ourinnovation through design, build, and iteration of new product features,and help define key processes that enable fast build, launch, and scalingof the product. Defining product roadmap: You will work closely with ourfounding team and engage directly with customers to gather feedback andrefine the technical vision for the company. Grow as a knowledge leader:You will stay at the forefront of developments in LLM capabilities andrelevant technical domains (though research, reading &experimentation).
