The role of an Engineering Director of Community at CanonicalAs the Engineering Director of Community you will have a broad impactand responsibility for growing community engagement and processes acrossall of engineering. If you want to define what building the next generationof open source community looks like, this is the role for you.You will be responsible for assisting various teams at Canonical inbroadening their community engagement activities. You will ensure that allengineering teams make community an important aspect of how they do whatthey do. You’ll provide assistance to new and existing contributorsseeking to get involved or expand their role, and connect communitycontributors with mentors.
