The ideal candidate will immerse themselves in the companygame, the community, and the content, and have their finger on the pulse ofthe community.ResponsibilitiesBuild a vibrant, enthusiastic community around web3 gaming.Design new, engaging experiences on our Discord to spur communityengagement and participation.Create and manage sophisticated Discord(s), including strategicplanning and multiple bot integrations.Proactively pursue problems that could develop into issues with projectrevenue, including player unrest, exploits, technical issues, and otherfeedback.Identify key members of the community for creator collaborations,investment opportunities, and press opportunities.Liaise with the game and marketing teams for important events.RequirementsAcceptance into, attending or graduated from a competitive 4-yearcollege programPublic Speaking Experience (Personal Podcast, Debate Club, YoutubeMicro Influencer, etc.)Very strong written and verbal English communications skills (SchoolNewspaper, Personal Blog, Gig Writer, or other relevant experience)Well-versed in social media, live streaming, and digital content. Native English SpeakerLocated in North America, South America, Korea, Japan, Singapore, orTaiwanDESIRABLEExperience using Social Media Management tools such as HubspotExperience using a CRM such as HubspotExperience as a Content Creator / Micro-InfluencerSpeak Korean or MandarinWhat We OfferFully remote work, with a yearly company offsite (once travel becomesfeasible).Experience working with gaming veterans who’ve created titles withgross aggregate revenue of over $10B USD.Flexible PTO plus local/national holidays, per region.
