Inbound Sales Executive (WFH) Job Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads generated from our digital marketing advertisements.
- Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Answering potential customers’ questions and sending additional information.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Upselling products and services.
- Researching and qualifying new leads.
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
Job Requirements:- Very highly motivated to learn and recommend the right courses to the right individuals to add value to their education journey with us
- Individuals who want to invoke change and perform excellently
- Proficient in English and Chinese***
- Good organizational skills.
- Strong ability to Copywrite and conceptualize messages using attractive and impactful visuals.
- Strong ownership and ability to work with minimal oversight.
- Strong listening and excellent communication skills.
