If you thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and possessexpertise in executive compensation strategies, we invite you to apply.Job DescriptionAs the Executive Compensation Manager, you will play a pivotalrole in overseeing the planning, design, and administration of executivecompensation programs. Your responsibilities will include collaboratingwith key stakeholders, ensuring regulatory compliance, and drivinginitiatives to enhance our compensation framework. Additionally, you willhave the opportunity to contribute to strategic decision-making processesand support the growth and success of our organization.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Director of Executive Compensation todevelop and implement comprehensive compensation strategies aligned withorganizational objectives.Prepare materials for the Compensation Committee of the Board ofDirectors, including meeting agendas and analyses.Lead the preparation of executive compensation disclosures for annualproxy statements.Provide proactive recommendations to enhance the executive compensationprogram and improve efficiencies.Consult with Talent Acquisition and business leaders on executive-leveloffers.Propose and implement process improvements to streamlinecompensation-related procedures.Offer consultative expertise on compensation matters to executives, HR,and people leaders.Partner with various stakeholders to ensure alignment on compensationprocesses and pay structure design.Oversee salary surveys, merit programs, and incentive plans.Adapt to changing priorities and offer solutions to challenges as theyarise.Build rapport and credibility across the organization, fostering acollaborative and supportive work environment.QualificationsBachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience incompensation or financial analysis, OR 9 years of relevant experience.Minimum of 1 year in a managerial role.Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with attention todetail.Experience partnering with senior executives and externalconsultants.Demonstrated ability to achieve results and drive operational changeinitiatives.Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectivelywith all stakeholders.Strong conflict resolution and influencing abilities.Ability to build productive working relationshipscross-functionally.Experience with global compensation and executive compensation software(e.g., Workday) preferred.Join Our TeamIf you are passionate about executive compensation and arelooking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact, we encourage you toapply for the Executive Compensation Manager position.
